Star of Georgia #378
Prince Hall, Order of the Eastern Star - Georgia
We are responsible for our children and our elders.
Let the sisters come together and sit amongst the elders and spend time with them as they did with us.
2013 Scholarship Banquet
It is our goal each and every year to award scholarships to those pursuing higher education.
OES Joint Five Point Tea (Hatitude)
That ever shining Star of Georgia #378 sporting their hats with style and enjoying tea together.
We who believe in Freedom cannot rest
As we took time to celebrate another year, we also reflected on the work yet to be done.
We have come a long way and done a whole lot. But there's many more rivers to cross and we have just taken our second breath.
We thank God for those women who laid the foundation and helped to shape us into the strong women we are today.
Where would we be without the strong Black Men who help us, lead us, and are there when we need them.
Our best is yet to come, here are moments captured of the work we have done down through the years.
Sisters & Brothers Cleaning
Helping out our Elders
It takes a village...
Fund raising is imperative
We came together to make it better.
Lending our hand to those in need.
Community service can be fun too.
We raise money for scholarships.
'Service' is the rent we pay for being.
It is the very purpose of life, and not something you do in your spare time
2015 Scholarship Banquet
Every year, Star of Georgia #378 partners with our Prince Hall Mason Lodge (Star of Georgia #492) to raise money in order to provide financial scholarships to students who present a need. We gave away close to $5,000 in 2013 in scholarships.

It took me forever to write that essay, but my aunt stayed on me and told me that maybe I had a chance. I really enjoyed the anniversary and LOVED the food. I'll come back next year if you all are going to serve that peach cobbler and iced tea.
- Sam Rodgers, 2013 Scholarship Recipient
I don't know what I would have done for books and housing had it not been for this scholarship. Times are hard nowadays and school is becoming more expensive each year. Thanks.
- Destini Davis, 2013 Scholarship Recipient
I am grateful to God for this assistance, and I hope to make Star of Georgia's sisters and those who believed in me proud by graduating with honors. God bless you.
